These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pkr 888 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account on pkr 888, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "you") and pkr 888 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the pkr 888 online casino platform at pkr888.online. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify pkr 888 of any changes promptly.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on pkr 888. This is enforced through CNIC number, mobile number and device fingerprinting. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, you must contact pkr 888 support immediately. Knowingly operating duplicate accounts to exploit bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in permanent suspension.
You are solely responsible for the security of your pkr 888 login credentials. This includes your password, account PIN, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. pkr 888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your login information.
pkr 888 may request identity documents at any point, including: a legible copy of your CNIC (front and back), a screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits, and where applicable, a recent proof of address. Withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 may be held pending KYC completion. Members who fail to provide requested documents within 72 hours of the request may experience withdrawal delays.
All deposits on pkr 888 are processed in Pakistani Rupees. The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as follows:
Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name and verified against your registered CNIC identity. pkr 888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an unverified or third-party source will be returned minus any transaction costs already incurred.
pkr 888 reserves the right to request confirmation of the source of funds for deposits above Rs 200,000 in a rolling 30-day period. This is a standard requirement under responsible gaming and financial compliance obligations.
Withdrawal requests at pkr 888 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as follows:

A withdrawal request will only be approved where: (a) your account is fully KYC-verified; (b) there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to the funds you wish to withdraw; (c) the funds originate from a completed and credited deposit; and (d) pkr 888 has no ongoing security or fraud review involving your account. pkr 888 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, pending investigation.
All games on pkr 888 are governed by individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In all cases, the game result displayed by the platform at the conclusion of a round is the binding outcome. Technical malfunctions void all associated play and any bets placed during a malfunction will be refunded.
Digital games on pkr 888 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment under continuous camera monitoring in professionally operated studios. pkr 888 publishes RTP (Return to Player) ranges for each game category and does not adjust these figures outside of published ranges.
If your connection is interrupted during a game round, pkr 888 will use the game server record as the authoritative record of the round's outcome. Where a round cannot be completed due to a server-side technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded in full. Connection interruptions on the player's side that do not affect the server record do not entitle a player to a refund of a lost bet.
All bets on pkr 888 are placed in Pakistani Rupees. There is no currency conversion at any stage of gameplay. The balance displayed in your account is your true PKR balance and represents exactly what you can withdraw (subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds).

New Members who make a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 2,000 receive a 150% match bonus up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The wagering requirement on the welcome bonus is 15x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 15,000 bonus requires Rs 225,000 in total wagers to become withdrawable. The welcome bonus expires 30 days after crediting if the wagering requirement has not been met.
The pkr 888 Refer a Friend programme pays Rs 2,000 for each unique friend who registers through your referral link and completes a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 2,000. The referral bonus has no wagering requirement and is credited as Real Money. Referrals must be genuinely new individuals — self-referrals or referrals using duplicate accounts are fraudulent and result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr 888. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, with no obligation to process any pending withdrawals:

Before closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account, subject to standard KYC requirements. Any active bonus balance will be forfeited on account closure.
pkr 888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected underage gambling, KYC non-compliance, suspicious transaction patterns, or regulatory requirement. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pkr 888 will attempt to communicate the reason within 48 hours. Where fraud is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or part at pkr 888's discretion.
pkr 888 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr 888 shall not be liable for:
pkr 888's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits pkr 888's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
pkr 888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on pkr 888, you consent to the collection, use and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is processed using 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory authorities where required by law.
pkr 888 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of pkr 888 after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
